Laboratory models of acute and chronic pancreatitis in animals are created order to study the mechanisms pathogenesis, develop new methods treatment carcinogenesis during inflammation pancreas. Both vitro used early stage, short-term processes which acinar cells involved, as well that cause development mild or severe forms disease rodents. Although rodents most commonly pancreatitis, pancreatic damage they does not necessarily fully correspond human pathology. Therefore, it is necessary carefully choose model suitable for answer this particular task. The purpose article compare widely animal pancreatitis.
